Square inventory sync that keeps every shelf count live
Square is great at taking payments. Capsultory adds the inventory side: it reads completed Square sales and returns about once a minute, takes them off the right store's count, and drafts reorders when a product runs low.

Paste a Square access token and pick which Square location is which store.
Sales and returns
Completed sales take stock off, and returns put it back.
Matching by UPC, SKU or name
Square items match Capsultory products by UPC, SKU or name.
Unknown items wait
A sale for an item Capsultory does not know waits under Needs attention instead of being guessed.
No double counting
Every sale line has an ID, so a resend never takes stock off twice.
Reorders and purchase orders
Low stock turns into suggested orders, approved by a person and emailed to suppliers.

Create a Square token
In the Square Developer Dashboard, create an access token for your account.
Paste it into Capsultory
Open POS in Capsultory Retail and connect Square.
Map locations
Match each Square location to a Capsultory store.
Count once
Set starting counts. From then on Square sales keep them current.

Why sync stock outside Square
Purchase orders sized by sales speed, a shrinkage dashboard, cycle counts with phones and multi store transfers sit in Capsultory alongside the Square sales data.
What happens when the PC is off
Capsultory reads Square sales when it is open, so sales made overnight are picked up when it starts. Every line has an ID, so nothing is counted twice.
What Capsultory does not touch
Capsultory reads sales and returns. It does not change prices, items or payments in Square.
