One product list, many stores
Keep a single product catalogue and track counts per store. Price changes and new products then reach every location at once.
Transfer before you reorder
If one store has more than it needs, a transfer is cheaper than a new order. The per store view makes that obvious.
How Enterprise mode avoids conflicts
Each PC writes only its own change log in a shared network folder and reads the others, so two tills selling the same item both count and nothing is overwritten.

Is there a limit on stores?
No. Pricing is $99 per store per month. Chains can start with the pilot plan for up to 3 stores.
Do I need a server?
No. Enterprise mode uses a folder on your own network share. There is no Capsultory server in between.
Can I limit what store staff can change?
Yes. Custom roles narrow what a Tech account can change, for example stock counts and receiving without purchase orders or deleting records.
How much does it cost?
Capsultory Retail is $99 USD per store per month, flat, with unlimited users, PCs and tills. Chains can start on the pilot plan instead: $499 every 3 months for up to 3 stores, setup included. Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial.
