The free trial is how you decide whether Capsultory fits. You do not need a card to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial.

Once you subscribe and pay, charges are not refunded. Subscriptions are billed monthly, so the most you commit to is one month at a time. You can cancel whenever you like, and your access continues to the end of the month you already paid for.

Open the billing portal link in your receipt or key email, choose cancel, and no further charges are made. If you cannot find the link, email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with and we will send it again.

If you were charged twice, charged by mistake, or charged after you had cancelled in good time, email us and we will refund that charge. If we end your subscription without cause during a paid period, we refund the unused part of that period.

A promo code gives a discount on the price and has no cash value. It cannot be applied to a past payment after the fact.
