FEATURE: LABELS

Barcode and QR labels for assets, shelves and borrowers

Labels make every count and check out a scan instead of a search. Capsultory prints asset labels, shelf labels and borrower cards on standard Avery sheets, in Code 128 barcode or QR code.

A practical guide

Barcode or QR

Barcodes scan fast with handheld scanners. QR codes scan well with phone cameras and from odd angles. Both work in Capsultory.

Label placement

Put asset labels where they survive daily use, like the underside of a laptop, and shelf labels on the shelf edge, not the product.
