FEATURE: PICK LISTS
Pick lists your team can scan to complete
A pick list tells someone exactly what to pull and from where. In Capsultory, staff scan each item to tick it off, and when the list is complete, the picked retail stock comes off the store count in one step.

A practical guide
When to use a pick list
Back room restocks, online order fulfilment, event kits and new hire setups all start with a list of things to pull. A pick list makes that list shared, checkable and recorded.
Scanning beats ticking
Ticking a line on paper does not catch the wrong item. Scanning does, because only the item on the list counts.

Common questions
Can a pick list include IT assets?
Yes. Add assets in stock by tag. Scanning the tag or serial ticks them off.
Does completing a list change stock?
Only if you choose. Tick Take picked retail items off the store count when you complete it.
Can I print it?
Yes. Print gives a PDF checklist with codes and quantities.
